1. What we collect, and why

• Subscription details: your email address and the website URL you subscribe for — used to deliver your package, send service emails, and provide support
• Marketing emails: when you subscribe, we add your email address to our marketing list for product news, tips, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe at checkout. We receive confirmation that you paid and your subscription status, not your credit card number
• Site analysis data: the publicly accessible pages of the website you submit, read when we analyze your site to generate your package. This is content you already publish to the world
• Pre-Check runs: the website URL you enter and its resulting Agent Readiness Score. Each run saves a public, shareable score snapshot recording which publicly accessible agent-readiness files that website has
• Agent Readiness Dashboard: score snapshots, package refresh history, and advisory checklist progress tied to your subscription while it is active
• Early-access requests: if your platform is not supported yet and you reserve early access, we store your email address, the website URL, and the platform we detected, so we can notify you
• Site analytics: cookieless page-view metrics collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics when you browse agentreadywebsite.io
• Support email: whatever you send us at support@agentreadywebsite.io, so we can help you

2. What we deliberately do not do

• No advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, and no analytics cookies on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless page metrics only
• No selling or renting your information to anyone

3. Who processes your data

We use trusted third-party providers to run the service — for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, storage, reading public website pages, content generation, and cookieless site analytics. Each receives only what it needs for its job. Payment data is processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. Aggregate page metrics on this marketing site are processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not publish a full vendor list here; ask us at support@agentreadywebsite.io if you need specifics for a data request.

4. Where your data lives

We do not run our own physical servers. Customer and prospect data for this product is processed and stored in these systems:

• Cloudflare — this marketing site, Pages Functions (Pre-Check, checkout proxies, early-access capture), Workers KV for score snapshots and early-access signups, and R2 object storage for generated package zip files
• Render — the order-fulfillment API that creates Checkout sessions, receives Stripe webhooks, runs site analysis, and sends delivery emails
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing records
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery
• Firecrawl — reads public website pages for Pre-Check page-count estimates and package generation
• xAI — content generation used when building your package files

Exact cloud regions are controlled by each provider's account settings. Ask support@agentreadywebsite.io if you need vendor-region detail for a data request.

5. How long we keep things

• Package download links expire about 7 days after they are sent
• Generated agent-readiness packages are retained while your subscription is active, and deleted within about 60 days after cancellation
• Subscription and billing records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations
• Public score snapshots remain available at their share link until removal is requested (see below)

6. Public score snapshots

Anyone can run the free Pre-Check on any website, the same way anyone can visit that website. A snapshot records only publicly observable facts: the website, which publicly accessible agent-readiness files it has, and the resulting score. Snapshots contain no personal information about you.

If you control a website and want a snapshot of it removed, email support@agentreadywebsite.io from an address at that website (for example, you@yourcompany.com) and we will remove it.

7. Your rights

Email support@agentreadywebsite.io to ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, not only where a specific law (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) requires it. We respond within 30 days.

If you delete your data while a subscription is active, we may need to cancel the subscription, since we cannot deliver the service without your email and website URL.
