Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AgentReadyWebsite.io is operated by Omnirithm, Inc. ("AgentReadyWebsite", "we", "us"). We provide a managed subscription service that makes existing websites easier for AI agents and assistants to understand. You can reach us at: support@agentreadywebsite.io.

By subscribing, running the free Pre-Check, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

When you subscribe, we analyze the publicly accessible pages of the website you give us, generate a standards-aligned package of static agent-readiness files tailored to your site, and email you a secure link to download the package as a zip file, together with installation instructions. While your subscription is active, we monitor your site, refresh the package monthly as your site and the underlying standards change, and provide an Agent Readiness Dashboard with score history and additional advisory guidance (including Google AI Search Fundamentals — not part of the scored service).

What the service is not: we do not modify your website's code, servers, or hosting. Installing the delivered files on your domain is done by you, or by an installer plugin you choose to run (for example the free WordPress plugin). We also do not provide SEO consulting, content writing, or advertising services.

The free Pre-Check checks only publicly accessible files on the website domain you enter and produces an Agent Readiness Score with a public, shareable score snapshot.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only submit websites you own or are authorized to act for — both for the Pre-Check and for a subscription
• Keep the email address on your subscription current; it is how we deliver your package and reach you about your service
• Review the delivered files before installing them. They are generated from your own public content, but your site is yours — you decide what goes live on it
• Do not use the service to misrepresent a business, or to probe or overload websites you do not control

4. Pricing and billing

Pricing is based on the number of pages we analyze: Basic $99/month (up to 50 pages), Medium $199/month (51–500 pages), and Complex $399/month (501+ pages). Annual billing saves about two months: $999, $1,999, and $3,999 per year respectively. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing section of the homepage.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, whichever you chose) until you cancel.

If we change prices, the change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email before it does.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime by emailing support@agentreadywebsite.io. Your service continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. No cancellation fees
• First-package guarantee: if we fail to deliver your first package, we refund your payment in full
• Something wrong? If a delivered package has a problem, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it or refund the affected billing period
• Beyond the cases above, payments for periods already started are not refunded when you cancel

6. Your files and your data

• The files we deliver are generated for your website and are yours to use on it, during and after your subscription
• Download links are time-limited (they expire about 7 days after we send them). If a link expires, contact support and we will send a fresh one
• Your generated package history is retained while your subscription is active, so refreshes can build on previous runs
• After cancellation, stored packages are deleted within about 60 days. Files you already installed on your website are unaffected — they are on your domain, not ours

7. What we do not promise

We promise to deliver a valid, standards-aligned package and to keep it refreshed. We deliberately do not promise outcomes we cannot control:

• No guarantee of rankings, traffic, or placement in Google Search, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, or any AI assistant's recommendations. Google has stated that its AI Search features do not require special files or AI-only markup, and we will not pretend otherwise
• No guarantee of specific scores on third-party scanners — their checks and weightings are theirs and change without notice
• The agentic-web standards landscape is young and moving. We track it and update packages as it evolves, but we cannot promise any given standard will be adopted by any given AI vendor

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Marketing use of your brand

When you become a paying customer, you give AgentReadyWebsite permission to use your company name and logo in our marketing — including on this website, in emails, on social media, and in sales materials. We typically take the logo from your public website or other materials you already publish. We display it as-is for identification (for example, in a customer logo strip); we do not claim ownership of your trademark and we do not edit or distort your logo.

From time to time we may also publish short customer testimonials or quotes you provide, or that we draft from your feedback with your approval. That use is covered by the same permission.

You can opt out at any time: email support@agentreadywebsite.io and ask us to remove your logo, name, or testimonial from our marketing. We will remove it promptly. Opting out does not cancel your subscription or change what you already paid for.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state's laws.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing suit, email support@agentreadywebsite.io and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
